Another Great Shoot at the North Carolina Aquarium
Our recent project with Cap Dev took us to the amazing North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, where we had the pleasure of filming their new fundraising campaign.
As a video production company based in Wilmington, North Carolina, Hendy Street Produxions was thrilled to collaborate with the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher on this project because it supports that future generations can experience the magic of marine life in innovative ways.
A Vision for the Future
In 2023, the North Carolina Aquarium Society launched an ambitious initiative to transform the aquariums and the pier, enhancing visitor experiences with expanded indoor and outdoor spaces and immersive exhibits. When the Aquarium team reached out to us, we knew this project was something special.
Bringing a Vision to Life: Hendy Street at the North Carolina Aquarium
Our team had an unforgettable experience filming at the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher this week. Our day began with a perfect weather providing ideal conditions to showcase the incredible marine life that makes this aquarium so special.
The goal for this shoot was to capture the he excitement and anticipation of these transformations, and share information on the new changes that are going to be possible with the fundraising like the expanded indoor and outdoor spaces and the immersive exhibits. Thanks to the aquarium team, our day went smoothly and we were able to gather all the footage we needed.
One of the most memorable moments? The otters were generous enough to lend us their habitat while we captured footage! We enjoyed sharing the space with them and the exclusive top view of the aquarium.
The Campaign for the North Carolina Aquariums
This fundraising campaign is already making waves! With support from the General Assembly and over 100 early investors, the campaign has raised $65 million toward these extraordinary improvements. Our video serves as a powerful storytelling tool, helping to spread awareness and inspire others to contribute to the future of the Aquarium.
